The Opportunity:

We are seeking a well-connected, high-energy Label Relations Manager based in London to bridge the gap between the world's leading music labels and ROVR’s exclusive physical spaces in Soho. In this role, you will leverage your deep industry network to curate and execute exclusive label events, showcases, and partnerships. You will be the face of ROVR to the music industry, transforming our Soho locations into the ultimate hub for exclusive musical experiences. If you have a golden Rolodex of major label contacts, live for live music, and know how to bring a brand to life through exclusive activations, this is your stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Label Relationship Management: Cultivate, maintain, and scale high-level relationships with leading global and prominent independent record labels.
• Exclusive Soho Events: End-to-end pitching, securing, and production of exclusive label events, listening parties, release hubs, and artist showcases at our Soho locations.
• Strategic Partnerships: Drive high-impact collaborative partnerships with labels that align with ROVR's mission of human-powered curation and community building.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Curation, Content, and Event Production teams to ensure flawless event execution and global community amplification across ROVR's digital channels.

Who You Are (Requirements):

• Extensive Industry Network: You possess a deep, active, and proven network of existing relationships with major and leading independent record labels. (A must-have).
• Proven Event Production Track Record: Demonstrated experience in producing high-profile label events, artist showcases, and brand partnerships within the music industry.
• Music Industry Expert: A profound and authentic knowledge of the current global and local musical landscape, industry trends, and label dynamics.
• A&R Experience (Significant Advantage): Prior experience in Artist & Repertoire (A&R) is highly preferred and will give you a major edge.
• Communication & Negotiation Pro: Exceptional interpersonal, pitching, and negotiation skills, with the ability to vibe with artists, managers, and top-tier executives alike.
• London-Based: Ability to work in a hybrid model and be physically present for key events and meetings at our Soho locations.
